Flagship projects:
- Five Jumeirah Village Dubai is a luxury five-star tower with 247 hotel rooms and 254 apartments with private pools. The revolutionary design has been patented and registered as a trademark by FIVE in 168 countries. In 2015, the project won the award “Leisure and Hospitality Project of the Year” at the Middle East Architect Awards.
- Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai is a 16-story hotel with 437 rooms and 40 serviced apartments with private pools and gardens. The hotel includes a private beach, an amphitheater with a signature central glass cube, a 60-metre infinity pool, 10 restaurants and nightlife settings
In 2021, the hotel division of the holding, FIVE Hotels & Resort, announced the launch of a new project Five Beach in Dubai. It is a premium hotel complex with hotel rooms, serviced apartments and penthouses.
